RETURN POLICY

Please note: ALL SALE ITEMS (items found in our "SALE" category), whether fabric or accessories, are non-returnable, FINAL SALE.

Fabric

Any regularly priced, full bolt of fabric is returnable for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. A full bolt is any uncut length of fabric over 30 yards. Cut fabric (any length less than 30 yards) is returnable for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase, but will incur a 15% restocking fee due to the difficulty in reselling cut lengths of fabric. The fabric must be returned in new and resale-able condition. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund notification by email. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

 

Accessories

Full Swing Textiles will accept NON-SALE items for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new and resale-able condition. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund notification by email. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

Shipping Details

To return or exchange your purchase, please send your package with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Include a short note with your name, address and description of what you'd like us to do, either refund your purchase or exchange your item. Please send your package using a prepaid, insured, traceable service to the address below.

Production Qualities

Lastly, please note that we reserve the right to alter minor details of the products featured on this site and in other informational materials we provide in the interest of maintaining product quality and design integrity. Accordingly, products shipped to you may differ slightly from those depicted on this site or in such materials. Please remember that some of our products may show differences in color, texture or pattern placement that do not necessarily indicate defectiveness. Such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of hand made products, so you may expect that there will be minor distinctions that will make your purchase unique.
